We opened the first space that would later grow into MAINKUN Brewing.

MAINKUN Brewing opens at Gunsan Beer Port
A new brewing journey began in Gunsan under the MAINKUN name.

MAINKUN Brewing Eunpa operates
We operated a space by Gunsan's Eunpa Lake to introduce the brand and its beer. This location is now permanently closed.

Three seasonal beers launch
Yuzu Fruit Ale · Peach Fruit Ale · Berry Good Strawberry Ale. Berry Good Strawberry Ale is discontinued with no plans for further production.

MAINKUN Brand Shop opens
A dedicated place to experience the beers and stories of the brand opened in Gunsan.

MAINKUN combines the opening parts of MADE IN KUNSAN. The name is our starting point: to brew in Gunsan and carry the city's ingredients, people, and places into every glass.

Geumhui and Buchu, the two cats who live at PUB Mechanic, are the real-life models behind our characters. Reborn as Romi and Kkeomungi, they share the story of Gunsan beer with warmth and a playful spirit.
RomiFOLLOW ME
Inspired by Geumhui and dressed in yellow, Romi leads people into the Gunsan story of MAINKUN with the call, ‘FOLLOW ME!’
KkeomungiCOME ON
Inspired by Buchu's black-and-white coat and clear gaze, Kkeomungi welcomes everyone to a good glass with the call, ‘COME ON!’
